NOWCAP Services has been awarded AbilityOne Federal Contracts to provide custodial services to the General Services Administration (GSA) buildings including the Dick Cheney Federal Building and the Ewing T. Kerr Federal Courthouse, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) buildings in Casper and Cheyenne. Additionally, we have a federal contract to provide grounds maintenance for camp sites for the Bureau of Land Management in Natrona County.

Wyoming Game & Fish also contracts with NOWCAP Services for grounds maintenance of access sites along the North Platte River in Casper.

We provide janitorial services to numerous private companies and nonprofit organizations in Casper.

Each Custodial Technician must undergo a rigorous background check and pass successfully to work within these entities. Extensive training employs a variety of methods, and puts our custodial technicians where each employee can excel with professionalism and enhance their skills as a professional custodian. 

Great reviews and commendations have been expressed in the quality of cleaning conducted throughout each building. The General Services Administration’s most recent tenant satisfaction survey within the Dick Cheney Federal Building and the Ewing T. Kerr Federal Courthouse located in Casper, Wyoming received an approximate average of 93%-95% satisfaction of the professional cleaning services provided through the Custodial Enterprise.
